Health Data Utilization

Our app collects and processes health-related information such as workout activity, exercise logs, heart rate, and other fitness metrics. This data is collected only with your explicit consent and is used exclusively to deliver core app features, including fitness tracking, progress insights, and cross-device synchronization.

We do not share your health data with any third parties, and we do not use this data for advertising or marketing purposes. All health information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel only.

If you choose to delete your account, all associated personal and health-related data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Apple Health Integration

With your permission, our app integrates with Apple Health to sync fitness metrics. Data retrieved from Apple Health is used solely to enhance your coaching experience and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your assigned coach, to the extent necessary to deliver your training programme
• With trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality obligations
• If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Lifters or its users

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data at all times.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Account Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, submit a request through our in-app settings or contact us directly. Write "delete my account" in the subject line and include your full name and email address. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request within a reasonable timeframe.

We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for administrative purposes. Communications you have sent through the Service may not be subject to deletion.

Our Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
